welcome to photo school dropout.
my name is lydia and for over a decade i've had a passion for photography. i've worked in many facets of the photo industry; whether as a fine art photographer, photo organizer, archivist, and restorer of personal collections, darkroom and digital lab technician in an academic setting, published documentary photographer, or as a primary or secondary shooter for weddings. i've written to Miriam-Webster in hopes that they put my face next to the definition of "jack of all trades", i haven't heard back though.
i created this business as a way to combine all of these passions simultaneously. i love to work with those who want to push the limits of conventional photo practices.
my ultimate dream is to one day create a physical space that allows anyone to come in and take what they need from photography. for now, i offer alternative and conventional photography portrait and event photography, as well as a variety of online courses and workshops to help aspiring photographers develop their skills and learn new techniques.
